Shipping & Returns
1.Order processing
After a provider reviews your information and issues a prescription where appropriate, your order is sent to a partner pharmacy for fulfillment. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation, and tracking information once your order ships.
2.Shipping & delivery
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the pharmacy fulfilling your order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Temperature-sensitive medications
Certain medications must be kept within a specific temperature range. These are shipped using validated cold-chain packaging (such as insulated containers and cold packs) to protect product integrity in transit. Please refrigerate or store these medications as directed as soon as they arrive.
3.Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Promotional free shipping may apply to certain products or subscriptions.
4.Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispensed and shipped by emailing info@getavarx.com as soon as possible. Once a pharmacy has dispensed and shipped your medication, the order cannot be canceled or returned. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your information.
5.Returns & refunds
Prescription medications are not returnable or refundable once dispensed and shipped. This is required by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, state boards of pharmacy, and the Drug Supply Chain Security Act, because the safety and integrity of a medication cannot be verified after it leaves the pharmacy. This policy applies regardless of whether a package has been opened.
6.Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders
We want you to receive your order correctly and in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains an incorrect item, contact us at info@getavarx.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will work with the pharmacy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost where appropriate.
